Description
This is a cracking little spring-summer flowering alpine. Lanceolate leaves form fairly dense clumps and striking rosy-orange flowers follow.

Possible Situation
Great for a rockery or alpine bed. It can also be very attractive in a small bowl or pot for the patio or courtyard.

Ideal Conditions
Prefers partial shade with free-draining soil or compost.

A hardy plant which should survive normal winter conditions outside, especially if protected from the hardest frosts.
