A unique example - foliage with blood-red stains which "drip" through the mint-green leaves giving the effect of scales.

Possible Situation
Great for using in containers, paticularly for pot fringes. Try it with a dark Heuchera to help lift the colour from beneath.

Ideal Conditions
Prefers full sun, or partial shade with free-draining soil or compost.

Temperature Tolerance
A hardy plant which should survive normal winter conditions outside, especially if protected from the hardest frosts.

Suggested pot sizes to transplant plugs : 9cm : 11cm : 1 Litre
