Narrative Description:

One of the first doubles to be introduced. 'Lilly Jean is a very good example of a clear pink double.

Ideal Conditions:

The Rhodohypoxis has been known to grow in swampy areas, but should be kept on the dry side, with free draining soil during winter. However, do not allow the bulbs to completely dry out.

Possible Situation:

Ideal for pots on the patio, in border fringes or raised beds. Often used in granite planting sinks with other alpines and low growing varieties.
