What an impact this South African beauty will make to your garden! A half-hardy perennial, with masses of flower. Compact for an Agapanthus, ideal for large containers or mid-border, with its profusion of trumpet-like, azure-blue flowers all summer, on strong green stems held by strappy green foliage. The genus name Agapanthus, derives from the Greek words for love and flower – ‘agape’ and ‘anthos’ respectively. So the name of this series ‘Summer Love’ is fitting for such a beauty!
Prefers full sun, with free-draining, but moist soil or compost.
An attractive perennial for a sunny site. Plant in a container or can be planted out in a raised bed or border situation.
