Fuchsia 'Chilli Red' (VR)

Fuchsia 'Chilli Red' (VR)

Consumer Information

Narrative Description:

The buds of this intensely red variety look just like fiery chilli peppers, as they emerge in mid-summer, hence the name. They develop in abundance, on compact deciduous bushes with mid-green foliage, growing to just a couple of feet at maximum height. Hardy in normal winters in the UK, but might need protection from the hardest frosts.

Ideal Conditions:

Prefers full sun, or partial shade with free-draining soil or compost.
