We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Junior Maintenance and Facilities Manager to support the smooth operation of our facilities. Leading a small team of 3 full time and additional part time staff where required, this role is ideal for someone with a background in maintenance, facilities coordination, or building services who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside our experienced Facilities Manager, who will be transitioning into semi-retirement in January. The successful candidate will benefit from a comprehensive 12-month handover period to ensure a smooth transition and deep understanding of the role.
