Are you practical, hands-on, and keen to learn? We're looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Trainee to join our Maintenance team and develop into a multi-skilled maintenance professional through a comprehensive training and development programme. Previous maintenance experience is not essential. This opportunity is ideal for school and college leavers, career changers, or anyone looking to build a long-term career in maintenance. 

We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, reliability and a genuine desire to build a long-term career. 

This is a rare opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of maintenance disciplines, working alongside our experienced maintenance team in a unique and varied production environment.

What You'll Learn

Training will be provided in:

• Combustion plant and boiler maintenance
• Electrical systems, including low-voltage controls and three-phase motors
• Plumbing and water systems
• Vehicle and machinery maintenance
• Glasshouse servicing and environmental controls
• Mechanical repairs and fault finding
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Health & Safety and maintenance best practices
